What is the best way to store my new sprinkles?

Your sprinkles will arrive with you in a resealable, recyclable pouch. You can keep your sprinkles in here, or you can put them in an airtight container if you prefer. It is best to store your sprinkles in a dark cupboard to keep them at their best.

I subscribe to your Sprinkle Club and am wanting to know when I will get my first box? 

In the description when you sign up it will tell you when your first payment will be taken, and which box will be your first box. If you sign up after the 5th of the month, the payment will be taken the 5th of the following month, and every other month thereafter. We have six sprinkle club boxes per year, February, April, June, August, October and December, and all packs are generally sent out from the 5th of those months.

How do I cancel my subscription? 

You can cancel your subscription at any point, by logging into your account and cancelling in the ‘My Account” section of the website. If you have any problems doing this, please email info@theshirebakery.com and we can assist.

I am wanting to buy in bulk, can I do this?

You can purchase most of the sprinkles on our website in bulk bags. Anything you cannot see that you would like to purchase, please email info@theshirebakery.com and we can see what we can do.

I want some custom made sprinkles can we do this? 

We can make custom made sprinkle mixes, simply get in touch with us at info@theshirebakery.com and we can take it from there.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Our aim is to dispatch your order within two working days, but usually within 1. Post usually arrives within 3 working days, so all orders should be with you no later than 5 days after ordering. If you would like your order sent next day please use our next day delivery service. If you place an order before 12 noon and choose next day delivery, this will be sent the same working day (Please note on Fridays your order will arrive on a Monday).

I have an idea of what I would like but cannot find it in your store?

If there is anything you would like to purchase but cannot find in our store please let us know and we will try our hardest to get hold of these for you. We are a small business and happy customers is vital!

An item has arrived and it is damaged/unwanted, what shall I do?

Please get in touch with us with regards to any damages, and we will replace or refund any faulty goods. You must notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt for items that arrive damaged or faulty.

Anything unwanted or incorrectly ordered should be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt to be eligible for a refund. Returning of the items is the responsibility of the customer, who is liable for the cost of returns. The customer must ensure all reasonable care is taken to ensure the safe return of items and in their original packaging where appropriate. If the items come in sealed packs, these must be unopened.

We cannot accept responsibility for the safe return of these goods. Therefore it is advisable to obtain a proof of purchase, and should the goods not reach us, this helps you to make a claim.
