If your parcel weighs more than 2kgs, you will automatically be charged for the 1751-2000g charge, and we will use a courier to get your parcel to you, however there may be an additional charge. Worldwide postage is a full tracked door to door service, please note we make no profit from P&P charges.
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days. Post usually arrives within 3 working days, however this may be longer, especially in bad weather, during holidays, etc. If you are outside the UK, the delivery times will be longer.
Next Day Delivery
Our next day delivery allows our customers the chance to receive their order the next day. However, all orders must be placed before1pm to allow us to offer next day delivery. The majority of next day deliveries is via Royal Mail as we find this is the most reliable service. Please note if you order next day delivery before noon on a Friday your order will likely be delivered on Monday. Also be aware that during busy periods and bank holidays there may be slight delays to your deliveries.
We will not refund or replace any item which has become damaged as a result of neglect or misuse.

Please note returns are the responsibility of the customer, who is liable for the cost of returns. The customer must ensure all reasonable care is taken to ensure the safe return of items and in their original packaging where appropriate.
We cannot accept responsibility for the safe return of these goods. Therefore it is advisable to obtain a proof of purchase, and should the goods not reach us, this helps the customer to raise a claim.
You must notify us, in writing within 14 days of receipt for items which arrive damaged or faulty. We will replace or refund any faulty goods as required.
Incorrectly ordered or unwanted goods
Anything unwanted or incorrectly ordered should be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt to be eligible for a refund. Returning of items is the responsibility of the customer who is liable for the cost of returns. The customer must ensure all reasonable care is taken to ensure the safe return of items and in their original packaging where appropriate. If the items returned come in sealed packs, these must be unopened.

Limitation of liability
The Shire Bakery is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or other damages (including but not limited to economic losses, lost profits, lost revenues or lost data) arising out of the access or inability to access this website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Every care has been taken to describe every item as accurately as possible; however slight variations may occur with colour reproduction or text descriptions. All product sizes quoted are approximate. The Shire Bakery shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty in contract or any other way. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of goods supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
